A little about me
Hi I'm Amber! I am a certified Pilates instructor from Sussex, England. I first fell in love with Pilates over 8 years ago whilst living and working an office job in London and quickly decided that this was a craft I was passionate about, and after moving to Dubai in 2015 decided to embark on a new career in the fitness industry. My initial training in Mat and Reformer Pilates was with Pilates Moves Australia, and I have since continued my training education with Balanced Body. As well as Pilates certifications, I have completed various other fitness trainings including Barre, Lagree, Aerial fitness and Pre & Post natal. Before moving to Canada, I was teaching group classes at several studios around Dubai, however my main focus was on my one on one business, where I was lucky enough to work with a wide range of clients including several high profile cliental.
My classes focus on creating strong and lean muscles with quick transitions to increase and keep the heart rate going. I truly believe that Pilates can be life changing and not only improve your overall physical health but also your mental health, and I am determined to continue to spread and educate others on the endless benefits of the method.
